Prior to installation, fibre connectivity must be extended from the ISP’s nearest secondary node — the final point in the network before reaching the home. We coordinate with ISPs to establish the optimal fibre route from this node, ensuring high-quality infrastructure that supports reliable service.
Please note that Pre-build work is subject to the customer placing an order with the ISP and eligibility for our services.

If fibre service is available in your area, we make the installation process quick and hassle-free. Our team ensures that you have a seamless transition to high-speed fibre, with all necessary components set up and configured to your exact requirements. Our technicians:
- Install the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) outside the customer’s property, serving as the fibre connection endpoint.
- Run the fibre optic cable from the ONT to the internal router.
- Configure the equipment to integrate with the customer’s Internet plan, enabling immediate service activation.
